Privacy Policy

Last updated: 29 August 2026

1. Who the controller is

The controller of the data collected through this site is Liviu Iulian Taune, NIE Y7438984Q, address Calle Vicedo n.º 6, 1.º D, Alcorcón, Madrid (Spain).

For any matter relating to your personal data you can write to info@bariczen.com.

2. What data we collect and why

Contact form: name, email address, phone (optional), type of centre, the equipment you are interested in and the message you write. The purpose is to answer your enquiry and prepare the commercial proposal you request.

Zen assistant: if you type a question into the site's assistant, the text of that question and the language are stored. The purpose is to answer you and to learn which questions come up repeatedly so we can improve the published information. No identifying details are requested in order to use it.

Visit origin: we record which campaign or page you arrived from, so we know which channels work. It is stored alongside your enquiry only if you go on to submit the form.

We do not collect special categories of data. We do not ask for health information, and we ask that you do not include any in the free-text message.

3. Legal basis

Processing of the form data is based on your consent, given by ticking the box before submitting (Article 6.1.a GDPR). You may withdraw it at any time by writing to us, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.

Keeping the enquiry during the subsequent commercial process is additionally based on pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Article 6.1.b).

4. How long we keep the data

Commercial enquiries are kept for the duration of the relationship and afterwards for the period needed to address any liabilities arising from it. If you ask us to delete them and there is no legal obligation to retain them, they are erased.

Questions typed into the assistant are kept in aggregate form to improve the published content.

5. Who the data is shared with

We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes. The providers that keep the site running are involved, acting as processors:

Vercel Inc., website hosting. Google Ireland Limited, site usage analytics, and only if you accept cookies. Supabase, the database where enquiries are stored. Resend, sending the notification and acknowledgement emails. Anthropic PBC, which processes the text of questions typed into the Zen assistant in order to generate the reply.

Each one processes the data solely to provide us with its service and in accordance with our instructions.

6. International transfers

Some of the providers listed are based outside the European Economic Area. In those cases transfers rely on the safeguards set out in Chapter V of the GDPR, principally standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

7. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to info@bariczen.com and stating which right you wish to exercise. We may ask you to prove your identity.

If you believe your request has not been handled properly, you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

8. Cookies and browser storage

This site uses Google Analytics cookies to learn which pages get read. They do not load until you accept them in the notice shown on arrival: if you decline, nothing is downloaded from Google. We use no advertising or social media cookies.

We measure in two different ways, and the difference is worth knowing. Without your permission we only count daily totals — how many visits each page had, from which country, on what kind of device — storing neither your IP address nor anything that would reveal that two visits came from the same person.

If you accept this site's own analytics, we additionally record your path: which pages you see, which equipment you look at, which buttons you press and how long you stay. For that, a random identifier is stored in your browser; it carries neither your name nor your email and is shared with nobody. That detail is deleted after 90 days, and the moment you withdraw permission it is deleted in full, not merely stopped.

Beyond that, the browser's session storage is used to remember which campaign or page you arrived from, so that detail can accompany your enquiry if you choose to send it. That information is deleted when you close the tab.

You can change your mind at any time, and changing it costs exactly what accepting cost: the button just below clears your choice, deletes whatever we had recorded of your path, and asks you again.

9. Security

The database is configured so that only the site's server can write to it; it is not publicly accessible. Communications with the site are encrypted using HTTPS.

10. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated if the services used or the way data is processed change. The date of the last update appears at the top of the document.
